Admiral Jameson and his innumerable forces powerless to intervene, soldiers say

Hannibal Decca is a notorious space pirate who has been causing trouble in the galaxy for years. He is known for his cunning and his ability to outsmart his opponents, as well as his impressive piloting skills. Decca’s ship, the Black Star, is a frigate; one of the fastest and most maneuverable ships in the galaxy. It’s also very small and vulnerable, allowing him to evade capture and escape from dangerous situations.

The Crew

Decca’s crew is made up of a motley group of space pirates, each with their own unique skills and abilities. There’s Jax, the ship’s engineer, who can fix just about anything; Kiera, the ship’s medic, who can patch up even the most serious injuries; and Zara, the ship’s weapons expert, who can take down enemy ships with ease.

Despite his reputation as a ruthless pirate, Decca has a code of honor that he lives by. He never attacks innocent civilians or engages in unnecessary violence, and seems to always keep his word.

Decca’s Rival

Decca repeatedly thwarts the efforts of Admiral Jameson, a high-ranking officer in the Amarr Navy who has been tasked with capturing Decca and bringing him to justice. Jameson is determined to put an end to Decca’s reign of terror, but he knows that capturing the wily pirate will not be easy. The rivalry between Decca and Jameson has become the stuff of legend in the galaxy, with many speculating about who will come out on top in their epic showdown. 

Some say that Decca’s cunning and skill will always allow him to outsmart Amarrian bounty hunters. Others  believe that Jameson’s vast resources, far-reaching network of affiliates, and pure, white-hot hatred will finally bring Decca to justice. 

Although he has a markedly smaller fleet, Decca has a surprisingly robust network of allies, with whom he seems to always evade capture and pursuit. By sharing his plunder with the exploited citizenry and locals, Decca has won the allegiance of those from whom he collects no taxes. As his crew lives among the settlers of far flung settlements and colonies, they are tasked with helping with agricultural and logistical efforts to lighten the load of supporting an occupying militia.

Jameson, however, tends to harass locals during his patrols, earning him the label of The Great Frustrator by many of his own loyalists.

Regardless of the outcome, the story of Hannibal Decca and his crew of space pirates has captured the imagination of people throughout the cluster. Their daring exploits and thrilling adventures have become the stuff of legend in the metaverse, and their legacy will live on for generations to come.
